Lake Arrowhead is a man-made lake which became completely filled by 1923. One of the most notable features of the lake is it’s unique “Lake Tower.” This tower is part of a larger tunnel system which was originally designed to deliver water down the mountain for irrigation use — this purpose never came to pass.
